Dear Waldorf,

I enclose a short momoraddum on the onse

of Ir. H. J. Murray of 8, The Parade, Plympton,

whole latter you forwarded to me in yours of the

5th of January.

I am afraid that the Colonial Office cannot

do anything to assist Mr. Hurray, whose statements,

so far as they can be checked, do not appear to be

strictly accurate.
